Who we are
This website is operated by Makaveli Systems Inc. (“Makavele”, “we”), an AI-systems agency based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Questions about this policy: makavele.ca@gmail.com.
What we collect
The free-audit form collects the information you type into it: your name, business name, industry, contact details (email or phone), and an optional description of your bottleneck. We don't ask for more than we need to reply. If you email or book a call, we receive what you choose to share.
How we use it
Audit submissions are delivered to us by email (via Resend, our email provider) so we can review your request and reply. If you gave us an email address, we send you one confirmation with our booking link. We use your information to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement — nothing else. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't run third-party advertising or ad-tracking cookies.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, anonymized interaction events). It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Third-party services
The site runs on Vercel (hosting) and uses Resend (email delivery). “Book a call” links go to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy policy — anything you enter there is governed by Cal.com's terms.
Retention & your choices
Audit submissions live in our email records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and our business records. Email makavele.ca@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it.
Jurisdiction
We operate under Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and the laws of Ontario. If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and its date.
